Who is responsible

ZAHRAT MUSCAT TOURS LLC (commercial registration 1346744), Al Rusail, Al Seeb, Muscat, Oman, is responsible for your personal information. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

When you book or contact us we collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, billing address, pickup place, flight number (for layover tours) and any notes you add.

Why we collect it

To run your tour, confirm and change your booking, take your deposit, and contact you about your trip.

Payments

Card payments are made on the secure page of our payment provider. We never see or store your card number, expiry date or security code. We pass on your name, email, phone and billing address so your bank can approve the payment.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to run your booking: our payment provider, and email and messaging services that send your confirmation. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Your booking details are kept for 24 months after your tour date. After that we anonymise them: your name, email, phone, address, notes and flight details are removed, and we keep only anonymous facts (the date, the tour, the amount and your country) for our records and statistics.

Payment records (amounts, dates and the payment provider's reference, without personal details) are kept for our accounts. Messages from the contact form are deleted after 12 months, the text of emails we sent is deleted after 90 days, and sign-in codes are deleted as soon as they are used or expire.

Your rights

You can see, correct, download or delete your information at any time. Sign in under My bookings to download your data or ask us to delete it. You can also write to [email protected]. If you have an upcoming tour, we erase your details right after the tour.

At the moment we do not use any statistics or advertising cookies.
