Booking terms and cancellation policy

Prices

All prices and payments are in Omani rial (OMR). Your bank converts the amount into your own currency, and it may add its own fees. Each tour page shows whether the price is per person or per vehicle. The total is shown before you pay.

Deposit and balance

To confirm a booking you pay a deposit (a percentage of the total, shown on the tour page and at checkout) on a secure payment page. You pay the remaining balance on the day of the tour.

Cancelling and refunds

  • To cancel, send us a cancellation request from your booking page. We read every request and reply within 24 hours.
  • If you ask before the free-cancellation time shown on your tour page (by default 24 hours before the tour), your deposit is refunded in full once we approve the request.
  • If you ask after that time, or do not show up, the deposit is not refunded, but we look at every case.
  • If we have to cancel, for example because of weather or safety, you get a full refund, or you can choose another date.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to show.

Small-group tours

A small-group tour runs when enough guests have booked (the minimum is shown on the tour page). If it does not run, you get a full refund, or you can switch to a private tour or another date.

Changing your date

Message us on WhatsApp or email as early as you can. If there is space, we move your booking to the new date at no cost within the free-cancellation time.

On the day

Please be ready at the agreed pickup time and place. Tell us about any health conditions, children or special needs when you book so we can plan safely. Guests are responsible for following the guide's safety instructions.

Using this website

  • The text, photos, logo and design on this website belong to Zahrat Muscat Tours or are used with permission. You may view and print them for your own personal use. Please do not copy, republish, sell or share them for business without our written permission.
  • You are welcome to link to our website. Please do not show our pages inside a frame, or use our logo, without our written permission.
  • We try to keep every price, time and description correct and up to date, but we cannot promise that nothing is out of date or that the website is always available. The price and details shown at checkout apply to your booking.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by using this website.
